Japanese Cosmetics Haul! Kiss Me Heroine, K-Palette, Pore Putty and More

Monday, 27 April 2015

Hi ya'll! I'm super impressed with the amount of restraint I had when faced with Tokyo's overflowing drugstores. Matsumoto Kiyoshi is renowned as the place to go to buy cosmetics, but here's a neat tip for you- go to Don Quijote instead! Don Quijote is the most random chain store you will ever find. There's food, drinks, cosmetics, pet supplies, glow sticks, chairs, massagers, clothing, name it and you will find it squashed in somewhere! I found they had some super awesome deals on cosmetics- I bought a $10 pack of 4 full sized K-Palette items which included two eyeliners, an eyebrow pencil and a mascara! Usually one K-Palette eyeliner costs me $16! Kicking myself for not picking up more K-Palette goody bags :(.

Anyway, here goes my haul!

Two sets of eyelash packs, each retailing for around $10. I favour styles that get thicker and longer at the outer corners.

They are amazing quality as expected!

Kiss me Heroine length and curl mascara, K-Palette 1 Day magic fiber mascara, Fasio mascara (I threw out the packaging which had the name on it).

I went for anything that had a Cosme sticker on it- this is the Love Darling Eyeliner which is absolutely amazeballs! Forget K-Palette, this kind of film-type liner is the way to go *nods*.

Creer Beaute - La Rose de Versailles Eyeliner.

K-Palette 1 Day Magic Liquid Eyeliner.

My Holy Grail for years, K-Palette's real lasting eyeliner 24 hour. Don't get me wrong, this is still much better and cheaper than any Priceline eyeliners I've tried, but the Love Darling Eyeliner blows it out of the water. I hope the other eyeliners I picked up are as good!

All the eyebrow products- Visee's Powder and Pencil eyebrow (my Holy Grail eyebrow product!), 2 x K-Palette Lasting 2Way Eyebrow, 2 x Kate Lasting Eyebrow. All of these products are dual ended with pencil/liquid on one end and powder on the other.

Sana Pore Putty BB Cream Smooth.

The only base product I bought because nothing took my fancy. I grabbed this one purely because of the Cosme sticker because I haven't been that impressed by Pore Putty products in the past.

2 x Daiso Charcoal face masks.

And here is quite possibly my favourite miscellaneous purchase! My giant sushi mug! It contains double the liquid of a normal mug and I know that because I measured ;). Every time I sit down to blog from now on, this buddy will be by my laptop filled with steaming matcha tea.

Please let me know if you would like me to review any of these products?

*I bought all of these products with my own money.
